A LATE FEE (DOUBLE ENTRY FEE) WILL BE INCURRED IF THE ENTRY IS POST-MARKED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 13 MARCH 2009. LATE FEES ARE APPLICABLE TO EACH ITEM DANCED.
A Competitor wishing to enter the Age Championship must nominate. This is a ‘one-off’ fee, and is to be included in the fee schedule above.
A small self-addressed, stamped (55c) envelope for return of passes/receipt is to be included with your entry form. If you would like to order a Programme the Cost of Programme includes Postage $15.00. (Price at the Events Centre is $12.00)
